Change your mind?  No worries! Please contact me via email within 24 hours of purchase.  

Sometimes, I'm able to begin the process right away, and I would be grateful to know if you've changed your mind as soon as possible.


RETURNS, REPAIRS, & REFUNDS:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt.  

The shipping process can be rough!   Although I pack as securely as I can, there's always a chance that your item arrives damaged.   

If you open the package to find a broken item, please contact me right away to discuss the possibility of repairing.  Please take photos of both the item and the packaging/box so I can determine if there's anything I could've done differently in the packing process, as well as if I need to file a file a claim with the shipping company.  Photos help and are greatly appreciated.  
Don't worry too much about this, as it's not a common occurrence.  

If the item is not repairable, a partial credit may be in order.  We'll discuss the options and decide what is best together.

Many items are custom with fabric and/or stain, even sometimes the wine crate, of your choosing.  If this is the case, it "personalized",  and as such, there may be no refund.

No refunds are available for the purchase of digital goods, such as printable wine labels.
